At B&O we find that perspectives and results produced in the female interaction project both inspire and influence the thinking in our marketing, product management and technology departments. The female interaction team introduced preliminary findings to members of our staff who hadn’t previously been involved with this project. This inspired the marketing department to see new angles in a current marketing campaign. Also the definition of a new persona, Miss Mac, was inspired by the segmentation and technology user personas as defined in the preliminary findings in the project.
Miss Mac has recently been presented to students during a B&O Innovation Camp. “Make the right product for this lady”, we challenged them.
